YAMMIEE’s Pepper Sauce
Inspired by the legendary Ghanaian Shito sauce. We’ve taken the classic Shito recipe and given it a unique spin, swapping out the dried fish for a seaweed and mushroom blend, coupled with a traditional spice mix. Drizzle it over your rice, eggs, use it as a marinade for meat or veggies!
YAMMIEE’s Plantain Drizzle
Inspired by the Ghanaian snack Kelewele, our Plantain Drizzle is a masterful blend of caramelised plantains, with a hint of heat, carefully balanced to add a depth of flavour to any dish. Enjoy this versatile sauce as a dip for your chips, a marinade for poultry, or a drizzle over rice, salads and more!
